Hey there, I’m Charlotte Chavira and I want to help you find your dream home. I was born and raised in the Florida Panhandle and throughout my life, I’ve lived in almost every area of Bay County, from Southport to the west end of Panama City Beach. I met my husband, Brandon Chavira, in 2012 and said “I do” 2 years later. I’m a mom to 3 amazing kids, Ali, Ryan and Luke and a dog mom to our Golden Retriever, Luna!

In my 20’s I wasn’t sure what I wanted to be “when I grew up”. I enjoyed being a mother and a housewife, but I knew I wanted a career someday. I decided that once all my children were in school full-time, I would begin my dream career in Real Estate. I have been in and around Real Estate for the past 10 years due to my parents, as well as my in-laws all being Realtors. Seeing the passion and drive they have for their careers gave me a desire to work in Real Estate and help customers find their dream homes! I became licensed in 2023 and joined Own It Real Estate, LLC as a Realtor and Office Manager. I am over-joyed to be working with some of Bay County’s Best Realtors.
